Verbal or physical abuse of Just Eat representatives

We know it’s tough from a trading point of view at the moment, but our team is only here to help you. They have every right to do their job without being made to feel unsafe.

Please be aware that using threatening behaviour or language towards Just Eat employees is unacceptable. It is also a breach of your partner agreement contract with us.

7.10. During the Term, you must not:
(a) operate your business in a manner which is, harmful to our business, goodwill or reputation;
(b) engage in any act or omission which is harmful to our business, goodwill or reputation;
(c) do or say anything derogatory that might bring us into disrepute or adversely affect our reputation;or
(d) behave in an indecent or disrespectful manner towards customers, our employees or suppliers.
If you are in breach of this Clause 7.10, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate part of, the Services, or terminate this Agreement, in accordance with Clause 13.1 or 13.3 (as applicable)

So let’s all try to keep calm and talk problems through in a civilised way. Things get done much better and more easily that way. Remember, we’re all on the same team. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
