Could you inspire the next generation of restaurant heroes?

Last year, Just Eat partnered with Springboard, a hospitality charity, to create the Just Eat Skills Kitchen. It’s an initiative which aims to inspire, train and hire people with the potential to build a career in the takeaway restaurant sector. 

Your skills and expertise are needed now

The Just Eat Skills Kitchen helps young people develop technical and professional skills in a variety of areas from kitchen through to front-of-house and help them hone those skills to build their future careers. 

As part of this, we’re looking to connect candidates with Restaurant Partners who can share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of hospitality heroes, through the Springboard Ambassadors Programme. 

Your commitment 

You’ll be invited to take part in a free, two day course which aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to inspire people of all ages to gain employment within the industry.

After that, ambassadors will be required to  deliver a minimum of 3 x 1.5 hours activities per year.
