Super Hero Sunday. Our charity partners

If you haven’t already signed up, there’s still one more Super Hero Sunday left to show your support for frontline workers.  Make a 10% donation of your order values, and we’ll add another 10%. We’re in, are you?

Some amazing charities are going to be helping us to make sure that all the monies raised by Super Hero Sundays get to work where it’s needed most.

We'll be supporting: the NHS, volunteers and patients impacted by Covid-19, the 1.5 million care home and social care workers across the UK, and frontline key workers across a wide range of sectors including child care, emergency services, food banks and farming.

Let’s meet the charities which are going to be working with us.

NHS Charities Together
NHS Charities Together is a collective of 140 local NHS member charities, who are the only legal way that the NHS receives, holds and spends charitable funds. They are closely affiliated with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and their Covid-19 Urgent Appeal has already raised over £27m of a target of £100m to support NHS staff and volunteers.

National Emergencies Trust (NET)
Following the terrorist attacks in London and Manchester, and the tragedy at Grenfell, the Charity Commission created the National Emergency Trust (NET) to collaborate with organisations and local charities, on a coordinated effort to raise and distribute money for victims of domestic disasters in the UK. NET have launched a dedicated coronavirus appeal, led by its patron Prince William, to support those affected the most by the outbreak.

The Care Workers Charity (CWC)
The Care Workers’ Charity Coronavirus Emergency Fund is a grant programme specifically designed to help those carers in need due to the virus. The UK’s care workers are some of the lowest paid workers in the country. Many who are self-isolating receive at best statutory sick pay, others none. Some are going into debt and others are going hungry, and all for doing the right thing.
