A troubleshooting guide to printing from your new Samsung device

If you’re experiencing any problems connecting your new Samsung device to a printer, try the following simple steps.

Connecting a printer to the Orderpad App.
1. Open Orderpad App
2. Go to Settings
3. Change the printer to bluetooth (it should now auto find the Epson Printer)
4. Go back to 'Order Summary'
5. Print 'Order Summary' to test the printer connection
6. Ensure volume is turned up fully on the tablet

No Printer Found
1. Go back into the Orderpad app. In ‘Settings’, switch back to USB and bluetooth and try again
2. Go into ‘Settings’ on the device, (the cog symbol on the main screen) and check that the printer is paired with your device
3. Try turning bluetooth off and on
4. Try forgetting the printer through the Settings page and re-pairing the printer (you will also need to go back into the Orderpad app and do steps 1-5)

If all these methods fail, give us a call on 020 8736 2000 and go back to using your previous Orderpad device. This will still be logged-in and able to receive orders as normal.
