Be careful with your bank details over the phone
It has come to our attention that some Restaurant Partners have been contacted by parties claiming to be from Just Eat. These criminals sometimes use technology that hides the real number they are calling from and will show as Just Eat on your call identifier. During the conversation partners have been asked to provide their full bank details and PIN numbers.
In some cases Restaurant Partners have later found money missing from their accounts.
Please remember. Whilst Just Eat need to use certain information to verify your identity, like the phone number we have on record for you, or the name of your bank, we will NEVER ask you to give your FULL bank details and you should not disclose these to anyone.
