Cancel orders on your Orderpad

You have fed back to us how cancelling orders is a difficult process, so we’ve added a new useful function to your Orderpad that should overcome these issues.

From now on you can cancel an order with just a few taps on your Orderpad, even if it’s an order you’ve already accepted.

It’s the ideal answer to those situations where you’ve tried to deliver food but customer isn’t answering the door or when a customer has phoned you to cancel their order. 

Simply tap the order card. 

You will now see a “Cancel order” option there. From there it’s just a few simple steps to complete cancellation.

Just Eat and your customer will be notified that the order has been successfully cancelled, and you won’t be charged any commission.
