Orders at the end of the day

Until now the Just Eat platform has required customers to place their orders with you half an hour before your closing time.. 

For example, if your restaurant is shown as closing at 11pm customers could only place orders with you up until 10.30pm.  This was to give you time to cook, pack and deliver their orders before closing. 

This feature is now being removed so that you control when you receive orders on Just Eat. The hours when customers can order now match your open hours on Just Eat.  

So you may see a different flow of orders at the end of the day and an earlier closing time on the website and app.

If this closing time isn’t right for your restaurant, and you’d like to accept orders later, it’s easy to change it on Partner Centre.
