Enhanced security measures to protect your account

We’ve adding security measures to protect your restaurant details and private information in Partner Centre. 

So you may have seen some changes in the way you make and save any changes to your account details, contact details and bank information.  

Your phone number and email address, as well as your bank details, are now partially blanked out.  

When you make any changes to your “Contact details” will we send you a message notifying you of the changes. This will allow you to reach out to our Customer Care Team if you didn’t make those changes. 

The authentication code for your bank details should never be shared with anyone else, including Just Eat. The Just Eat team will never ask for this.
