Festive period opening hours

Our delivery service will be in operation every day, except 25 December. Here’s a schedule of our opening hours over the festive period.

Opening hours:

Mon 24 Dec - Normal opening to 9pm
Tue 25 Dec - CLOSED 
Wed 26 Dec - Normal opening to 9pm
27-30 Dec - Normal hour
Mon 31 Dec - Normal opening to 9pm
Tue 1 Jan onwards - Normal hours

Drivers are not available on 25 December so you’ll be automatically taken offline that day. Normal opening and closing hours will resume between 27-30 December. If your restaurant is going to be closed during normal opening hours, please remember to take yourself offline using your Orderpad device. Alternatively, contact us on 0203 826 9530 and we’ll be happy to help.

Invoice and payment dates:

Tues 24 December  - invoice will be published
Mon 30 December  - payment will be in your account
Tues 31 December  - Invoice will be published
Fri 3 January  - payment will be in your account

Call centre opening hours:

Tues 24 December - 7am-11pm
Wed 25 December - 3pm-11pm
Thurs 26th December - 7am-2am
Tues 31st December - 7am-11pm
Wednesday 1 January 2020 - 8am-2am
