Where to find the order number on your Orderpad receipts

We have removed the order number from the bottom of the receipt and you’ll now ONLY find it printed just above the order items.

This change has been made following feedback that said the placement of the order number at the bottom of the receipt made it too easily confused with the phone number.

We hope that the new layout makes it easier to find the information you need.

You’ll now find the order number just above the order items.

To contact the customer

Should you or one of your delivery driver’s need to call the customer you will need to:

1- Dial the phone number shown at the bottom of the receipt (07533 006408).  This number never changes and can be used to phone or text customers

2- When asked, enter the order number (e.g. “501365389”) followed by # key.  The order number can be found in its new position just above the order items.

IMPORTANT

Take care to type the Order Number correctly: a mistake might connect you to the wrong person, perhaps in a different part of the country, which can be confusing for you and the customer.
