Missing items. Now Orderpad will alert you

There’s a new feature on the Orderpad that’s been designed to let you know when a customer reports an item missing from their order.

Your device will beep, and the order which has an item missing will be moved to the top of your Active Order view.

The alert will only sound if the customer reports a missing item on the same day as delivery. If they delay reporting it (say, until the next day) then you’ll be contacted by a Just Eat Call Centre Agent.

When the missing item notification comes through you’ll be asked to resolve it.

Accept the refund
(Tap OK and you’ll be back on Active Orders view.)

You will need to let us know the reason for rejecting the refund. Customers will not see your reason so please be honest with us as it will help us to deliver a better experience for you in the future. Any report of missing item will also be reflected on the receipt, should you wish to reprint it and keep for your reference.

All refunded items will be stated in your invoices, as per usual.
