Tap on 'Business Help' and then 'send a message'.  

You can now select the relevant subject from a drop-down menu, and ask questions about the following: 

  • Change of Ownership 
  • Promoted Placement - any questions 
  • Extend Temporary Offline 
  • Online Request 
  • Invoice 
  • Device Support

You may expect a response within 24 hours directly from the team.

Want to view your previous requests?
It's easy to view and track the progress of your submitted support requests. Follow the steps below.

  1. Visit the Partner Hub or download the app
  2. Once you’ve logged in, go to ‘Business help’.
  3. Tap on ‘Your support requests’ to view the requests you have submitted to our team.
