How to change your bank details

Feedback from you, our Partners, have been telling us for some time that changing bank details through Just Eat can be a slow and frustrating process.

We’re delighted to let you know that you can now do it yourself, directly through Partner Hub. And any changes you make come into effect instantly in our systems. But please be aware that payments go out Tuesday 5pm to reach you by Friday so any changes made after Tuesday 5pm will be paid one last time to your old account, so there’s no unnecessary delay to your payments.

We have updated the 'change your bank details' process to improve the security of your account. Fraudsters often target smaller businesses and we’re looking to protect you from their activities.

By adding an extra verification step helps to ensure that only you personally can make changes to your banking details, for which you’ll need to provide additional ID. So we’ve added an extra verification step to protect your business, for which you’ll need to provide additional information.

Update your bank details in Partner Hub
You can update your bank details on Partner Hub following these simple steps.

  • Visit the Partner Hub
  • Select 'Business settings'
  • Click on 'Restaurant details'
  • Click on 'Change bank details'. Once here, you can:
    1. Download and complete the attached form
    2. Take a photo of TWO forms of identification
    3. Email the form along with the photos to [email protected] and we will process the change within 2 working days.
