New! Missing Item report, Now available on Partner Centre

You can now view a summary of items you may have missed from orders over the last 28 days. You’ll find it on Partner Centre when you access your Restaurant Performance Profile. 

The new Missing Items module will help you to improve your own processes by highlighting the most frequently missed items. 

Remember, missing items from orders is a common cause of customer complaints and can result in them either rating your restaurant poorly, or in them not ordering from you again. So it’s worth responding to reports of missing items as it’s a chance to show how good your customer service can be.    

The Missing Item module is just one of a number of new features that will appear on your Restaurant Performance Profile in the next few months as we look to find new ways to help you run your business more efficiently.
