Try increasing your suggested delivery times

That way, you add time to fewer orders.

Give your drivers a faster turnaround time so they can get back to the restaurant quicker.
And avoid adding time or rejecting orders, both of which are bad for your reputation.

Need to change your delivery time, delivery area, or need to go offline?
It’s always much better to manage customer expectations through Partner Centre than by adding time to their live orders.

Simply log into Partner Centre and make the changes to your delivery times and area that will help protect your Local Legend status.
