NEW! Discount vouchers on cash payments and Apple Pay

When a customer chooses to pay with cash they will be able to enter their Just Eat voucher code to apply their offer and receive their discount. This new capability now also applies to Apple Pay. This allows even more customers to take advantage of our fantastic offers and means more orders to your kitchen.

Cash on delivery

When a customer has paid with cash and has used a voucher, this will be shown on your Orderpad, order receipt and in Driver App.

The driver will need to collect the outstanding amount displayed after the voucher discount has been applied. This will be shown as ‘Cash to Pay’ on the receipt.

Invoicing of cash order vouchers

The total amount of Just Eat funded discount vouchers will be shown on your weekly invoice. You will be reimbursed within that invoicing period.
