Your invoice explained – Updated

On Thursday 16 March we announced a switch to twice weekly payments effective from 27 April until 30 June, as a way of helping you with cash flow. Because of this there have been some changes to your invoice, which may have caused some confusion and concern.

Please accept our apologies if this is the case and take a look at our explainer below.

Your invoice explained this week

On Monday 27 April 2020, you should have received a first payment from Just Eat for your sales from Monday 20 April to Wednesday 22 April 2020

We have made a few small changes to some of the text in your invoice for 5 May which are reflected below.

They highlight that the top number on ‘Your key takeaways’ is what Just Eat still owes you. This is for orders from Thursday to Sunday in the previous week. Monday to Wednesday orders for that week will be paid into your account on Friday.

We have also changed the Monday payment in your Just Eat Account Statement (image 3) from ‘Advance Payment’ (as per naming on invoice 28 Apr) to ‘Just Eat already paid you for your orders from Mon to Weds ’ which we hope will make it clearer for you.

We’ll be making twice weekly payments until 30 June. We hope this explains this weeks invoice clearly and that twice weekly payments makes cash flow easier for your business.
