Learning more about your invoice

We will usually make your invoice available on Tuesday.
You can view it through the Partner Hub, and we’ll also send it to you by email, if we have your email address. 

We will usually send your Just Eat payment every Friday. This may change if there is a public holiday.

If you need them, you can find all your historical invoices through the Partner Hub.

A breakdown of charges and adjustments

Here, we break down the status of your account. If you owe Just Eat any money, it will simply be deducted from your future card orders.

How do I view my invoice?

It's simple to review your invoice. On Partner Hub, follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the Partner Hub or download the app
  • Once you’ve logged in, go to ‘Orders & invoices’
  • Tap on ‘Invoices’ to view and download your Just Eat invoices
