What are the Partner Statuses

We’ve introduced way to recognise and reward our top-performing restaurant partners.

All restaurants joining Just Eat will be classified as ‘New’ for their first 90 days. After this time, based on how you perform on a number of scores you will be awarded one of the following statuses; Silver, Gold, or, for the best of the best, our very top-tier Local Legend status.

Your new status takes in to account a number of different metrics including Order Score, Customer Experience Score, ‘On It’s Way’ and FSA rating, amongst others.

If you are awarded Gold partner status, for example, we typically see restaurants having the following key metrics:

The best of our Gold Partners can advance to our very top-tier, Local Legend and gain the coveted status and extras.

To get your restaurant awarded either of these higher level statuses, you will unlock money-saving discounts, dedicated account management for your business, priority call handling, detailed business planning and information, and even more services to make more of your business. As we grow our new partnership programme, we’ll be adding more benefits and extras at all levels, so keep an eye out for news on these.
