Terms & Conditions - Cheeky Tuesday

  1. Once opted in you commit to running the promotional mechanic for the duration of the promotional period (as determined by Just Eat) or until you opt out.The ‘Cheeky Tuesday’ promotion (“Promotion”) will be open for all Just Eat restaurant partners to participate in, subject to meeting the requirements below and agreement to these terms.
  2. The promotional mechanic is for all orders (delivery and collection) on a Tuesday, commencing from 7 January 2020, to receive 20% off the total basket value. Minimum value of £15 applies.
  3. The promotional period is Tuesday 00:01 until 23:59 on the same day.
  4. Just Eat will promote those Restaurant Partners who are actively participating in the Promotion in any manner and via any means it determines in its sole discretion.
  5. To be part of the Promotion you must be FSA 3+, Pass or Awaiting Inspection. And either:
    ● Have an existing Customer Special Offer applied on a Tuesday that is 20% off on orders of £15 or less;
    or
    ● Opt in to the Promotion via the landing page housed on Partner Centre before the cut-off time specified below.
  6. You must opt in to the Promotion before midday (12:00) Monday (“Cut-off Time”) to participate in the next Promotion day (i.e. the Tuesday immediately following the Monday).
  7. You may opt out of the Promotion at any time. If you opt out before the Cut-off Time on a Monday you will be opted out of the Promotion day immediately following the Monday. If you opt out after the Cut-off Time on a Monday your opt out will not take effect until the Tuesday in the following week.
  8. Just Eat will not be offering the Promotion on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and Tuesday 31 December 2019 and restaurant partners will not be able to apply any other promotional mechanic on Tuesdays from 17 September 2019 until such time as determined by Just Eat.
  9. Commission will be paid on the discounted basket amount.
  10. Just Eat reserves the right to amend the terms of this Promotion or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
