Accepting all orders will keep your reviews positive and maintain your reputation as a reliable choice for your customers.

When a customer places an order, the order will be immediately sent to your Orderpad for acceptance. All relevant information for the order will be displayed in the new order panel.

In order to account for busy periods you can increase or decrease the preparation time before accepting an order. Adjusting time might impact your restaurant’s score, please speak to our team for more information.

We work towards 100% of orders being taken at all times, but we understand there may be occasions when you’re too busy to accept orders. Use your Orderpad to take yourself offline using the Go Temporarily Offline button or the Close for the Day button on Partner Hub. Need help with updating your opening hours? Read more here.

Taking yourself offline via Partner Hub is quick and easy – just click on Close for the Day.
