Need to contact a customer?

There may be times when you need to contact a customer. For example, a customer may have put in an incorrect address, or the meal that they’ve chosen is no longer available. Here’s how to reach them quickly by phone. 


1. Dial the ‘contact customer’ number at the bottom of your Orderpad receipt. 

2. Provide the verification code when prompted. 

3. Press #. 


Your call will then be forwarded to the customer. 


If a customer calls you back, the incoming caller ID will be a Just Eat owned phone number, not the customer's number. Six hours after the original order delivery time, the customer contact code will no longer function. 


*These "proxy numbers" are not unique for orders, couriers or partners. Just Eat has a range of contact numbers that are assigned as required and available. Once a code is no longer valid, parties can no longer call each other through those proxy contact numbers.
