How to manage your delivery area and charges

It’s important to set up an accurate and manageable delivery area. This means no more cancelling orders because they’re too far to deliver to, plus orders get delivered faster and arrives warmer, so even more positive reviews and higher ratings - leading to more business and more loyal customers.

We’re always listening to you for ideas on how we can improve things on the Partner Hub – and one of the things we’ve done is to improve the way you can view your delivery area in Partner Hub, so you have visibility over the postcodes you cover.

In almost all situations you can now manage the postcodes and distance limit yourself, without having to call us and request a change. We understand you want to reach as many customers as possible but remember if you get too busy, you can reduce the distance - you have control over the postcodes you cover.

You can set and manage your delivery area on the Partner Hub.

  1. Tap on ‘Business settings’.
  2. Select 'Delivery area' to set and manage postcodes and distance limit.
  3. You can set your mile limit between 0.5 miles (min) and 7 miles (max).
  4. To set it any higher, or to include postcodes beyond 7 miles, please contact us.
  5. Tap on a postcode to add or remove.
  6. Changes are saved automatically.

Benefits of improvements we've made:

  • No need to call Just Eat or 'Send us a message'. You can add and remove postcodes on the Partner Hub. Ensure you select an accurate and manageable delivery area.
  • Avoid selecting postcodes that are too far to deliver to. This means less delays and no more cancelling orders.
  • Select the longest distance that you want your drivers to travel to. This helps avoid long journeys and lack of drivers, which means you can get more orders out to customers on time.
