How to update your order times

It’s important to be clear on the time your business needs to prepare orders as a courtesy to all your customers. If you find yourself getting too busy, you can increase your order times with these simple steps. 

Update your order time in the Partner Hub
Your order time gives your customers an estimate of how long it will take to deliver their order. On the app, we show customers a time range (for example: 45 - 60 minutes) to help you if there’s a delay.

It's easy to do on the Partner Hub following these simple steps.

  1. Visit the Partner Hub or download the app
  2. Once you’ve logged in, go to ‘Business settings’
  3. Tap on ‘Order time’
  4. This will show options on adding time for Delivery and Collection times for each day of the week
  5. Edit (pencil icon) the day you would like to change the delivery or collection time on.
  6. If you’re happy, tap ‘Apply changes’

When managing your order times, make sure you double check before tapping ‘Apply changes’ to avoid any mistakes.
