Payment & Invoices

Just Eat Payments

Just Eat work on weekly payment cycles which run Monday to Sunday. Invoices will be available on the following Tuesday & the payment will be distributed on the Friday.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund we will email you the details. (Same email as ‘invoice’ email).

We will refund the Customer on your behalf and it will show on your next invoice.

You will have 48 hours to challenge the refund if you do not feel it is fair.
