Certain products and items are prohibited from sale as part of a Just Eat order, or may be age-restricted.
Restaurants
The following items may not be sold as part of a Just Eat order.

Age restricted items
The following items may only be sold as part an order to persons of legal age. Please make sure that your delivery drivers and couriers carry out the appropriate ID checks and/or Challenge 25 before delivery is completed.
- Alcohol
- Tobacco (Permitted for Grocery Partners only)
- Cigarettes (Permitted for Grocery Partners only)
- Cigars (Permitted for Grocery Partners only)
- Cigarette rolling papers and filters (Permitted for Grocery Partner only)
- E-cigarette and Vaping products (Permitted for Grocery Partners only)
- Disposable e-cigarettes must not exceed 2 ml/600 puffs
- Refill canisters must not exceed 10 ml
- Nicotine levels must not exceed 20 mg/ml
Other restricted items
Some products are also restricted due to their size or weight, where they may pose a risk to couriers’ safety.
- Individual max item weight <= 1.5 kg
- Max item volume 45x42x15cm
- ALWAYS pack alcohol and tobacco in separate bag
- 4 x toilet roll
- 2 x kitchen roll
- 30 x nappies
- Max = 6 x 330mls cans
- Max = 2 litre bottle (i.e Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, water etc.)
