View & accept orders

The Orderpad will show the order and ask you to accept it when placed by the customer. Once you accept the order, the receipt will get printed.

Finding a driver

This will be displayed while we look for an available driver. You don't need to do anything for the moment.

Cook now

The Orderpad will notify you when we're assigned a driver and when it's time to cook the food.
Orders will automatically move to the "Cook now" tab when they are ready for you to prepare them.

Packing the order

Ensure the food is packed carefully and ready for the driver's arrival time. Please check that there are no items missing.
Hot food and cold food should be packed separately.

Order prepared

When the order is ready for the driver to pick up, press the "Prepared" button. The driver will make themselves visible.
While this is happening, the customer will also be updated.

Hand over

Read the last 4 digits to the Driver and confirm the correct Order Number.
Please ensure the driver comes into the restaurant with their Just  Eat delivery bag to collect the food.
